Instructions for filling the online form.
- Fill up all the fields in the form with the current information.
- Upload latest passport size photo with white / plain background.
- Upload documents certified by Principal / Notary Public.
- Enter your own cell number and email ID in the form.
- Be careful while completing the online examination form.
- Once the form is completed and submitted, the system will not allow to edit it.
